The submersible mixer provided by Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection should be a complete unit, including a guide rod, lifting device, underwater cable, fixing bolts, fasteners, and all necessary accessories for installation and safe operation.
2. Technical Requirements
Submersible mixers should be capable of continuous and intermittent operation under full immersion conditions. They must maintain vibration-free and smooth operation throughout the entire operation process. The product design lifespan is 15 years, with a first-time fault-free operation time of 8,000 hours.
Each submersible mixer must be capable of operating in wastewater, facilitating the flow of the wastewater.
The submersible mixer rotates smoothly without any jamming, stalling, or vibration.
Submersible mixers should undergo a sealed air pressure test with a pressure of 3 kg/cm², lasting for 5 minutes without any leakage.
Each submersible mixer should be equipped with a stainless steel rod and stainless steel wire rope for free lifting and turning.
1) Control Room

9) Leak Sensor

10) Thermal Protection
Each phase of the motor is protected by a normally closed temperature sensor. The three sensors should be connected in series, and these sensors should protect the phase connections at 140°C Celsius, and be connected to the control cabinet.
11) Installation of Lifting System
Suppliers must provide a complete set of installation and fastening materials for the submersible mixer. The installation system should include guides, wire ropes, and be equipped with an arm-type lifting frame and a hand-cranked hoisting device.

Each set of submersible mixer comes with a local control box.
Field control box requirements are as follows:
(1) Equipped with buttons and signal lights, all control boxes feature a unified color scheme: red for stop, green for operation, yellow for fault, and blue for power indication.
(2) Order the conversion transformers for motor protection along with the equipment.
(3) The start/stop button should have two sets of contacts, and the emergency stop button (with a mushroom head) should remain in the pressed position.
