The submersible agitator's cable is made of YZW type rubber sheathed flexible cable as specified in GB5013.2, or equivalent cables with similar performance. The standard length for a single unit is 10 meters. The cable sealing head is treated with special sulfurizing to prevent cable sheath damage and water leakage into the motor.
The submersible agitator is coated with anti-corrosion paint, featuring a smooth, spotless surface without any signs of scratches, dents, or cracks.
The submersible mixer has a sealed leakage protection device in the oil chamber.

3. Structural Design Requirements:
3.1 Host Machine
Submersible mixers feature a direct-connection stamping structure, utilize multi-stage motors, and have blades that are stamped into shape, offering high precision and efficiency. They are compact in design, with a small volume and light weight, and are easy to operate and maintain, ensuring a long service life. The housing is made entirely of stainless steel 304, with an aesthetically pleasing and smooth appearance.
The submersible propeller features a cycloidal pinwheel reduction structure, offering a compact design, small size, and light weight. The impeller has been optimized through CFD software, ensuring excellent hydraulic performance.
3.2. Terminal Box
The junction box is completely sealed and isolated from any surrounding liquids and motor parts.
Cooling: The motor stator is cooled by the surrounding liquid.
3.3. Blade

The propeller blades for the submersible propellers are two-blade rubber shapes with steel hubs, effectively preventing blade breakage. The blade entry edge is bent backward, featuring a long-term automatic cleaning function. 3.4 Electric Motor
The insulation grade of the motor winding is H class, and under normal conditions, the motor temperature does not exceed 80°C.
3.5. Oil chamber
Lubricate and cool the sealed unit, bearing housing, and gears between the motor and the fluid. The oil chamber serves to dampen vibrations and reduce noise. A bladder device can be installed as needed to reduce and lower the pressure increase within the oil chamber.
3.6. Bearings
The bearing life of the submersible mixer is over 100,000 hours.
Considering the adverse factors during bearing operation, the lifespan of the selected bearings will be higher than the aforementioned value. Our company uses SKF imported bearings.
3.7 Axial Seal
The submersible mixer consists of two mechanical seals and one lip seal. Seal material: Tungsten carbide.
