Submersible mixers consist of a propeller, submersible motor, lifting guide rod, and angle steering device.
The submersible mixer rotates smoothly without any jamming, stalling, or vibration.
Submersible mixer undergoes a sealed pressure test, test pressure is 3 Kg/m², no leakage observed for 5 minutes.
Submersible mixers are equipped with double mechanical seals, with the service life of the mechanical seals not less than 25,000 hours
Submersible mixer operates continuously underwater, while ensuring operation in gaps and long-term shutdowns.
Operates normally even after being turned on.
The surface of the submersible mixer is coated with anti-corrosion paint, maintaining a glossy finish without any stains, dents, or cracks.
The oil chamber of the submersible mixer has ample space to accommodate expansion due to temperature difference, and both the exhaust pipe and inspection holes are equipped with sealing leak protection devices.
Submersible mixers are equipped with underwater cables for control and power, each cable having a separate import and reliable sealing. Cables connected to the junction box can be resealed with rubber sealing rings.
The submersible mixer stator is equipped with a thermal protection switch.
The installation rod of the submersible mixer ensures the equipment can rotate freely, ascend and descend, and adjust various angles. There's no need to empty the pool for lifting and installation of the mixer.

Impeller: Made of stainless steel Manufactured from ANSI 316L, this design has been subjected to dynamic balancing tests and precision machining. It features a non-clogging, pull-back hydraulic design that efficiently transmits the motor's output power for mixing and propelling the pool's bottom wastewater. To prevent clogging and ensure the impeller doesn't loosen on the shaft during operation, an internal locking device is available.
Motor: Gearbox design is not acceptableThe motor winding has an insulation grade of H, a protection grade of IP68, and the motor shaft and rotor are tested for dynamic balance. The maximum operating temperature is 180°C. Under normal conditions, the motor temperature does not exceed 130°C. The motor can start up 30 times per hour.
Bearings: The motor and impeller of the mixer are directly connected, with the shaft made of wear-resistant stainless steel. The impeller and motor can withstand all axial and radial loads.The impeller and motor shaft should be one and the same; the impeller shaft must be an extension of the motor shaft.
Eelings will not be accepted. The impeller shaft should be completely isolated from the mixing medium. The service life of the agitator bearing is greater than 100,000 hours.
Monitoring System: A thermosensitive switch should be installed in the stator coil, with the set temperature for the switch to open being At 125°C, the closure temperature is 95°C, and it can be connected to motor overload protection. A leak sensor is installed inside the stirrer to monitor leakage conditions.
Flow guide ring: around the impeller of the agitator A full 360° casing with a guide vane. To maintain hydraulic efficiency and energy consumption, the larger gap from the propeller tip to the guide vane is 16.5 mm.
