The QJB-W type nitrification liquid回流 pump and sludge回流 pump are innovative products developed by Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection on the basis of their submersible mixer production technology. This pump serves as a treatment equipment for mixed liquid回流 and denitrification nitrogen removal in secondary wastewater treatment plants, and can also be used to pump purified water during ground drainage; irrigation and control of waterway systems; and in micro-head, high-flow applications during wastewater treatment recycling or sludge suction circuits.

6. Structural Design
1) Host computer
The internal recirculation pump features a direct-connected stamping structure, utilizes multi-stage motors, and has blades that are stamped into shape, offering high precision and efficiency. It is compact in design, with a small volume and light weight, making it easy to operate and maintain with a long service life. The housing is entirely made of stainless steel, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and smooth appearance.
2) Junction Box
The junction box is completely sealed and isolated from any surrounding liquids and motor components.
Cooling: The motor stator is cooled by the surrounding liquid.
3) Blades
The blades are in a three-leaf rubber shape, with steel hub, effectively preventing blade breakage. The blade进口 edge is curved backward, featuring long-lasting automatic cleaning functionality. They are securely fastened to the shaft with lock nuts and are easily removable for maintenance and replacement during lifting.
4) Electric Motor
