The equipment supplied should be accompanied by a field control box that is technologically equipped.FrontierProven safe and reliable in actual operation, it meets all design specifications and conforms to general electrical technical requirements.
Duwan Environmental provides a local control box with each set of submersible mixer.
Submersible mixer field control box requirements are as follows:
（1) Equipped with buttons and signal lights; all control boxes feature unified signal lights indicating red for stop, green for operation, yellow for fault, and blue for power.
（2) Purchase a conversion transformer for motor protection, to be ordered with the equipment.
（3) The start/stop button should have two sets of contacts, and the emergency stop button (with a mushroom head) should remain engaged when pressed.
（4) Terminals are of the wire terminal type.
（5) With cable connectors.
（6) Protection Level: IP65.
（7) Reserved PLC interface; each equipment requires control at both the on-site control cabinet and the central control room.
（8) A 3P-32A circuit breaker must be left within the on-site control line and properly wired for the owner's future maintenance of temporary power connections.
（9) Ventilation louvers should be provided on both sides of the control box, and a cooling fan should be installed at the bottom.
