It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemicals, energy, and light industry, where solid-liquid-gas exchange of liquids is required, particularly suitable for sedimentation tanks, equalization tanks, anaerobic tanks, aeration tanks, nitrification and denitrification tanks in wastewater treatment processes, as well as mixing and blending of various corrosive media.
Introduction to the Double Concave Blender StructureThe double-conical mixer is composed of a reduction motor, vibration-damping base, mixing shaft, double-conical impeller, electrical control box, and bridge frame (user-provided optional).


1. Basic Requirements
The bi-convex impeller structure is primarily composed of the guidance section and the wing rib mixing section. The guidance section plays a role in guiding water flow movement to achieve flexible transition and form a three-dimensional circulation flow state, being a necessary component of the bi-convex impeller. The mixing wing ribs are the source of power for water body movement, while also working with the reflection action at the bottom of the pool to generate turbulence, enhancing the mixing effect. The mixer should be specially designed and manufactured for continuous mixing and reaction processes in wastewater treatment, capable of generating a uniform vertical fluid motion pattern from top to bottom within the pool.

The impeller type of the mixer should meet the process requirements, and the motor power should meet the performance requirements of the mixer.Impeller Diameter:φ=2000mm。As per customer requirements, Jiangsu Du'an Technology should specify the mixer's design, impeller diameter, power, etc.
The mixer shaft and blades are sufficiently strong, rigid, and vibration-resistant, ensuring smooth operation under various design conditions without any abnormal vibrations.
The mixer reducer is capable of transmitting the required operating power under various design conditions and can withstand the load transmitted by the mixing shaft.
The bearing of the agitator shaft can support the weight of the agitator shaft and impeller, as well as all torques, bending moments, and axial loads.
The material of the mixer should meet the water quality requirements.
Motor material and performance should comply withGB755, ASTM, and IEC issued relevant technical standards.
The motor should be suitable380VAC 3PH 50Hz power operation, IP55 protection rating, F-grade insulation, outdoor vertical installation.
The equipment provided by the seller should ensure daily operation under the local weather conditions.Operates continuously or intermittently for extended periods, maintaining stable performance, and can restart and operate normally after a long period of downtime.

2. Equipment Performance Requirements
Duo-curvedBlender performance meets the following guaranteed performance values:
(1) Noise level at 1 meter from the rotating equipment does not exceed 85 dB(A).
(2) Mechanical Performance Warranty: Under normal operating conditions as set, the machine shall operate continuously for not less than 8,000 hours annually with a reduction gear efficiency of not less than 96%. The main design service life is at least 15 years; the bearing design service life is at least 50,000 hours.
(3) Mechanical Warranty
The static deflection of the shaft should not exceed 0.25 mm/m.
b. When the hyperbolic agitator assembly is completed and undergoes mechanical operation testing, the swing amplitude shall not exceed 12.5mm/m.
