Duwan Environmental Protection specializes in screw pumps.Establish a comprehensive quality inspection system to ensure that all factors affecting product safety, reliability, operational performance, and long-term operational performance have been considered, and that necessary tests, inspections, and calibrations are conducted on processing, inspection, and testing equipment.
Sludge screw pump manufacturing, inspection, testing, and acceptance should be conducted in accordance with relevant standards, specifications, and regulations. The seller should note that these requirements do not replace the internal quality assurance measures of the manufacturing plant. The seller shall submit the required inspection, testing results, and records for the buyer's approval.
Inspect materials used for manufacturing sludge screw pumps and issue material factory pass certificate, material inspection and test records.
In accordance with the requirements of relevant standards, specifications, and regulations, static and dynamic balancing tests are conducted on the main rotating components of the pump.
All pressure-bearing components of the screw pump, including the cooling jacket, must be statically tested in accordance with regulations within the manufacturer's workshop, with the static test pressure not less than the closed lift (zero flow).Twice and should not be less than 0.2 MPa.
Under the specified test pressure, no part of the pump shall exhibit deformation or signs of deformation, nor shall any other defects be present. The performance tests of the sludge screw pump and the motor should be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards, and the allowable deviations of all indicators should comply with the relevant standards.

The original records of inspections and tests are to be retained by the seller for five years from the date of shipment of the equipment.
