Diving Propulsion Specifications and Model



The Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection QJB4/4-1800/2-63/P Submersible Propeller is widely used in low-speed mixing in wastewater treatment processes and is an ideal choice for aquatic mixing equipment in nitration, denitrification, and phosphorus removal processes in wastewater treatment plants. The submersible propeller is horizontally installed inside the wastewater treatment structure via a guide rod and bracket assembly mounted at the bottom of the pool. The guide rod and bracket assembly consists of a guide rod and a bracket, with the upper and lower parts of the guide rod installed on the pool wall and bottom, respectively, and the bracket installed at the bottom and connected as an integral part with the guide rod. During construction, the guide rod and bracket assembly is fixed to the structure's base using expansion bolts or pre-buried components. To install the submersible propeller, the sliding sleeve on the propeller is inserted into the matching self-coupling guide rod using the hoisting system on the pool surface, and then the propeller is lowered onto the bracket and secured. When maintenance is required, the hoisting system elevates the propeller to the pool surface through the self-coupling guide rod.

Submersible flow inducers are horizontally installed within wastewater treatment structures using guide rods and bracket assemblies mounted at the bottom of the pool. The assembly consists of guide rods and brackets, with the upper part of the guide rod mounted on the pool wall and the lower part on the pool floor, while the bracket is installed at the pool bottom and connected to the guide rod as a single unit. During construction, the guide rod and bracket assembly is secured to the structure's base using expansion bolts or precast inserts. To install the submersible flow inducer, the sliding sleeve on the inducer is inserted into the matching auto-transformer rod via the overhead lifting system on the pool surface, and the inducer is then lowered onto the bracket for securement. For maintenance, the lifting system raises the inducer to the pool surface using the auto-transformer rod.

The installation of Du'an Environmental Protection Submersible Flow Inducer's rod and bracket assembly is typically done during the construction of wastewater treatment plants. However, in cases where there is sludge sedimentation in the wastewater treatment system, damage to wastewater treatment equipment causing sludge sedimentation, process modification of wastewater treatment, or if the submersible flow inducer rod and bracket are loose or damaged and cannot be reinforced, additional submersible flow inducers are required for mixing to resolve sludge sedimentation and meet process requirements.

In the system composed of the three guide rods, the upper fixed plate on the guide rods is secured to the pool wall, and the lower fixed plate is fastened to the stabilizer.5The design ensures that all structures form a stable unit, effectively countering the backward axial thrust and torque moments encountered during the operation of the submersible pump, thereby enabling the pump to run safely and reliably over the long term.

In the system composed of the three guide rods mentioned above, due to their small cross-section, the resistance to the flow of wastewater is minimal, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the process.

  


Duwan Environmental QJB Submersible Flow Propeller with Matching Control Cabinet and Terminal Box Instructions

1. Control cabinet

The matching site stainless steel control cabinet is specially designed for our diving motors, composed of components such as air circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, intermediate relays, and motor comprehensive protectors. It offers two control methods: local and remote control, with a transfer switch for switching. The cabinet types include indoor and outdoor models, with installation options of wall-mounted and upright cabinet styles.

Scope of Application

Suitable for controlling 3-phase squirrel-cage induction motors with rated voltage of 380V and frequency of 50Hz. Direct start-up method is used for power ratings of 15KW and below (autotransformer step-down or soft start-up methods can also be adopted upon customer request). The control cabinet features protections for submersible motors against overload, phase loss, short circuit, water leakage, overheating, etc. According to customer configuration requirements, we can provide four structural forms: one control for one, one control for two, one control for three, and one control for four.

2) Working Conditions

Surrounding air temperatures at 0 altitude do not exceed +40°C, and at 0 altitude, they do not drop below -10°C.

The installation site's ground elevation should not exceed 2,000 meters.

No explosion hazard; the medium contains no gas sufficient to corrode metals or damage insulation, nor conductive dust.

Not to be used in environments with conductive contamination or where non-conductive contamination may become conductive due to anticipated condensation.
