Usage
This recirculating pump is designed for mixed liquid recirculation and denitrification in two-stage wastewater treatment plants. It is also suitable for applications requiring low head and high flow rates, such as ground drainage, irrigation, and wastewater recycling processes.

Application Scope

Recirculation pump structure and working principle
Submersible recirculation pumps consist of a impeller, submersible motor, flow guide housing, wall penetration pipe, flap gate, installation lifting rod, lifting cable, underwater cable, lifting frame, hand-cranked lifting device, angle turning device, and local control cabinet.
The submersible recirculation pump rotates smoothly without any binding, stalling, or vibration.
The submersible recirculation pump undergoes a sealed air pressure test with a pressure of 0.3MPa, lasting for 5 minutes without any leakage.
The submersible recirculation pump features a double mechanical seal structure and lip seal to form the dynamic sealing system, ensuring reliable operation for 25,000 hours without the need for replacement of the mechanical seal.
The submersible recirculation pump can continuously operate under both full immersion and when the submersible motor is exposed to the liquid surface, while ensuring it can resume normal operation immediately upon startup after intermittent operation or long-term shutdown.
Submersible return pump leads are made of YZW type rubber sheathed cables as specified in GB5013.2 or equivalent cables, with a standard configuration length of 10 meters per unit. The cable sealing heads are treated with a special process to prevent cable sheath damage and water leakage into the motor.
