The Duwan Eco Environmental Submersible Turbulator features a good self-cleaning function, operates without vibration, and utilizes an optimized axial flow impeller. The casting propeller blades are reinforced with polyurethane and have been tested for dynamic balance. The impeller should quickly stir and propel the fluid flow at the pool bottom. All blades should have the same shape.
B. The impeller and shaft are connected and fixed at the shaft end with keys, and sealed. Locking devices must be used on the impeller and shaft to prevent loosening, whether in forward rotation or occasional reverse rotation.
C. The impeller should undergo dynamic and static balance tests.
D. The blade root must have sufficient strength and no cracking or similar issues are allowed under the specified operating conditions.
E. The submersible mixer should be coaxial with the motor. The shaft of the propeller must be an extension of the motor shaft. Couplings will not be accepted.
F. All bearings have a design life of no less than 100,000 hours.
Each mixer should be equipped with a double mechanical seal system. The seals operate within an oil cavity, which lubricates the overlapping seal surfaces at a stable flow rate.
(3) Electric Motor
A. QJB5.5/4-2500/2-36B Diving SubmersibleThe motor for the pump/mixer should be a submersible motor, with the stator winding and stator lead insulation rated at F-grade insulation with a temperature of 155°C.°C, Motor protection rating: IP68.
B. The motor should be designed for continuous processing of stirring 40.°The medium C starts 10 times per hour. To monitor the temperature on each phase winding, a thermal switch should be installed in the stator input coil, which can be connected to the motor overload protection and the control cabinet.
C. Submersible motors and mixers must be manufactured by the same manufacturer. Bidders are required to provide the signal specifications for each motor's protective sensor, ensuring the signal can be transmitted to the MCC.
D. The stator winding of the motor must be equipped with an over-temperature sensor.
E. Install leakage prevention sensors to prevent liquid from entering the stator windings.
F. The water detection device should be installed in the motor's cable junction box.
G. The rated power of the motor should be greater than 1.1 times the specified shaft power.
(4) Cable Entry Sealing
The cable entry sealing design should be capable of eliminating certain torque to form a waterproof submersion seal. This seal should ensure the replacement of the cable and cannot be sealed using epoxy, silicone, or other secondary sealing systems.
B. Measures should be taken to prevent air exchange between the inner and outer cables due to temperature differences.
C. Cables should be properly secured in water, and bidders should provide securing devices.

Five-core wire: The three-core thick wire is the three-phase power line, one core wire in yellow/green dual color is the ground wire, and one core wire is the 31# wire (motor leakage signal line).
Seven-core wire: The three-core thick wire is for the three-phase power line, the single-core wire with yellow/green dual color is the ground wire, the single-core wire is the 31# wire (motor leakage signal line), and the other two cores are the 11# and 12# wires (motor overheating protection signal line).
