The Du'an Environmental Protection QXB15-100 Submersible Centrifugal Aerator is used in aeration ponds and sedimentation basins of wastewater treatment plants, to oxygenate and mix the wastewater mixture, and to facilitate biochemical treatment of wastewater or aeration of fish ponds.
Technical Requirements
1 Submersible centrifugal aeration machine consists of a submersible motor, intake pipe, mixing chamber, and aeration disc, etc.
2 The submersible centrifugal aeration pump operates normally within the specified range without cavitation, operates at a noise level below 70 decibels, runs smoothly, and the motor has sufficient rated power.
All pressure-bearing parts of the submersible centrifugal aeration machine undergo air pressure testing. The test pressure is twice the design pressure, but not less than 0.2Mpa, with no leakage observed for 5 minutes.
After assembly, the submersible centrifugal aeration machine undergoes a 0.2 MPa air pressure test for 5 minutes without any leakage.
5 Submerged centrifugal aeration machine coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint, with a coating thickness exceeding 300μm, featuring a smooth surface free of sand holes and cracks; the flow parts are also coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint.
6 Submerged centrifugal aeration machine wheels, rotor dynamic balancing test, balance accuracy of G6.3 grade.
The 7 stainless steel label is securely fastened in a prominent position on each submersible centrifugal aeration machine, featuring embossed numerical markings.
Each submersible centrifugal aeration unit's lifting lug is positioned near the center of gravity on the top cover, secure and reliable.
Duwan Environmental Submersible Centrifugal Aerator Working Principle:
1. Unique mixing chamber design, with a large air intake, mixing water evenly, resulting in fine and numerous bubbles and a high dissolved oxygen rate.
2. The impeller generates pressure, which, through the nozzle orifice, produces a powerful jet of water and air mixture. This high-efficiency oxygenation in the water and excellent mixing result maintain the necessary flow velocity for the floating of active sludge.
3. The unit is designed for water operation with low RPM and low noise; the air intake duct on land can be equipped with noise reduction devices. Additionally, no other noise reduction facilities are required, thereby reducing costs.

Cleaning
1、To prevent impurities from accumulating inside the submersible aeration pump over different periods, you can use the submersible aeration pump to draw clean water for cleaning it. If the submersible aeration pump is not in use for a long time, it should be placed in a dry location and frost protection should be observed.
2、Oiling and Oil Replacement The oil chamber of the submersible aeration pump has been filled with an adequate amount of lubricant before shipment. This oil should be replaced annually. The oil change should be performed as follows: Place the submersible aeration pump properly, ensuring the oil chamber plug is facing down, loosen the plug, drain the lubricant, then clean the oil chamber with cleaning oil, refill with an appropriate amount of lubricant, replace with a new O-ring, and tighten the plug. If water is found in the oil, flush the oil chamber as per regulations, and refill it, tightening the plug.OO-ring plug. A reinspection must be conducted after three weeks; if the oil has turned into a milky liquid, check the mechanical seal. 3、Operation failure In case of eventualityIf the operation malfunctions and the cause cannot be determined, and the troubleshooting methods provided later still fail to resolve the issue, do not resort to makeshift solutions or attempt to disassemble or repair it on your own.
