2. Technical Specifications
Submersible mixers should be capable of continuous and intermittent operation under full immersion conditions. Throughout the operation process, the submersible mixers must maintain vibration-free and smooth running. Design lifespan of the product15 years, first-time故障-free operation of 8,000 hours.
Each submersible mixer must be capable of operating in wastewater and must propel the flow of the wastewater.
The submersible agitator rotates smoothly without any jamming, stalling, or vibration.
Submersible mixers should undergo a sealed air pressure test, with the test pressure being3 kg/cm², no leakage observed for 5 minutes.
Each submersible mixer should be equipped with a stainless steel rod and stainless steel wire rope for free vertical and directional movement.
1) Wiring Room
The protection grade of the motor wiring room isIP68, must be completely sealed from any surrounding liquids.
2) Cooling
The motor's cooling is achieved through thermal conduction from the stator to the housing.
3) Axial Seal
Utilizes an independent high-quality sealing system to ensure that in the event of lower seal failure, the liquid entering the stator chamber will not come into contact with the bearings and stator. The mechanical seal is made of corrosion-resistant silicon carbide./Silicon carbide, with a medium pH range of 6-9. The mechanical seal should be maintenance-free, capable of withstanding thermal shock, and feature excellent emergency operation characteristics.
Duwan Environmental ensures the service life of mechanical seals is not less than25,000 hours.
4) Axle
The motor shaft transmission is a single shaft, which is reliably sealed and does not come into contact with liquids.
5) Submersible mixer impeller
Utilizing an advanced push-type anti-warping curve design, the impeller features a stamping structure, offering a lightweight yet high-strength construction with excellent balance. The optimized impeller surface is equipped with self-cleaning capabilities, preventing blockages and slag formation.
Flow channeling hood included for streamline effect, enhancing axial flow and directional control, and increasing circulation flow.
6) Electric Motor
The motor should be a three-phase squirrel-cage motor.3-phase 380V, 50Hz, protection class IP68, insulation class F. 7) Bearings

8) Cables and Cable Seals
The motor should be equipped with control and power underwater cables, and a reliable seal should be applied. If the power cable is a multicore cable, each cable should be sealed individually. The cables should be inserted into the junction box and sealed with reusable rubber gaskets; the use of resins or other canned sealing materials is not permitted. Each cable should be fitted with a cable net or cable clip to hang the cable on hooks and bear its own weight.
9) Leak Sensor
Provide a sensor for detecting liquid leakage within a sealed cavity. All signals should be monitored separately and alarm signals should be issued individually before any severe damage occurs to the impeller or motor.
10) Thermal Protection
Each phase of the motor is protected by a normally closed temperature sensor. The three sensors should be connected in series, and all should be set to Celsius.Protected at 140°C and connected to the control cabinet, linked within the cabinet.
11) Installation Lift System
Duwan Environmental provides complete sets of installation and fastening materials for submersible mixers. The installation system should include guide rails, steel cables, and must have an arm-type lifting frame and a hand-cranked winch.
