Duwan Environmental AS75-4CB Sewage Pump Applications and Features

The Duwan Environmental AS75-4CB Submersible Sewage Pump is primarily used in municipal engineering, industry, construction, hotels, restaurants, and other industries. It is designed for transporting sludge, waste water, and urban domestic wastewater containing solids and various long fibers, including those in corrosive and erosive medium conditions.

The submersible sewage pump is compact in design, with high efficiency and the ability to automatically control water levels according to user requirements. It comes equipped with an automatic protection device and control cabinet, as well as a dual-track automatic installation system.

Pump Operating Conditions

The motor is rated for a voltage of 380V and a frequency of 50Hz, three-phase AC power supply.

The conveying medium temperature does not exceed 40°C.

3. The liquid medium pH range is 4-10.

4. The volume ratio of solid phase in the conveying medium is below 2%.

5. The medium conveyed has a density less than 1.2×10^3 Kg/m^3.

The Duwan Environmental AS75-4CB sewage pump features a compact design and incorporates various status displays and protection devices, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

1. The unique cable sealing design eliminates the risk of cable water leakage.

2. The stator is F-class insulated and equipped with thermal protection elements.

3. Pumps above 18.5KW utilize external circulating water for automatic cooling, ensuring safe operation of the electric pump in low water level conditions.

The motor cavity is equipped with a float switch at the bottom, monitoring the mechanical seal on the motor side.

5. An oil-water probe is installed at the top of the oil chamber on the pump and motor, monitoring the mechanical seal on the pump side. In the event of a leak, the control system will trigger an alarm for protection.

6. Wavy Tube Double-End Face Mechanical Seal, Sealing MaterialTo prevent water from entering the motor for tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, and hard alloy, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the motor.

The impeller design is unique, featuring large flow channels that can pass through long fibers and debris, offering excellent anti-blocking, anti-tangling, and high flow capacity.

9. A replaceable wear-resistant sleeve is installed between the impeller and the casing bottom, ensuring the pump operates at peak efficiency.

Submersible sewage pumps should be equipped with anti-clogging features, and the pump body and motor should be provided as a complete unit by the pump manufacturer.

(2) The submersible effluent pump should be installed vertically with a submersion setup, equipped with an automatic coupling device. A specially designed base is used to secure the discharge pipe at the bottom of the wastewater sump. Matching support pieces are installed at the top of the pool. Double guides are employed to ensure the pump outlet and discharge pipe are automatically sealed. During maintenance, personnel do not need to enter the wastewater sump.

(3) Key Component Material Requirements: Stainless steel impeller, stainless steel shaft, cast iron pump housing, cast iron coupling.

(4) Pump shaft. The shaft of the pump and the motor should be a continuous, uninterrupted shaft. The pump shaft must be an extension of the motor shaft, and couplings are not acceptable. It should be completely isolated from the fluid being pumped.

(5) Mechanical Seals. Each pump should be equipped with a double, independent mechanical shaft seal system, both upper and lower. The lower seal should be separated from the impeller. The seals operate within an oil cavity, which lubricates the overlapping seal surfaces at a stable flow rate.

(6) Bearings. The pump shaft should rotate on a bearing lubricated with grease. The upper bearing should be a single ball bearing to bear radial forces, while the lower bearing should at least include a ball bearing to bear radial forces and an angular contact ball bearing to bear axial forces. SKF, NSK, or equivalent-grade products should be selected for the bearings.

(7) The motor for the pump should be a squirrel-cage induction motor, housed within an inflatable, waterproof casing. The motor's protection rating should not be lower than IP68, and the insulation level should be at least F-grade.

(8) Random units must be equipped with a pump control cabinet, a coupling connection device, a float ball, and at least 10 meters of submersible cable, all of which must be provided as a complete set by the pump manufacturer.

PLC interfaces, BA interfaces, and DCS interfaces are pre-installed according to customer requirements for easy remote control, PLC, and DCS control. Custom-designed control cabinets with special requirements, such as single-to-N control with valve interlock, dual power supply, and capacitor compensation, can be produced upon customer request. Multi-pump networked control systems and various communication methods can be implemented to achieve remote control via microcomputer networking. The series of level automatic detection devices includes simple float ball level switches and a measurement and control system composed of intelligent digital displays and submersible transmitters or ultrasonic transmitters.

The submersible pump control cabinet features various electrical protection functions and pump protection, along with low water level pump shutdown protection. In the event of a faulty pump, the backup pump automatically comes into operation.
