Duwan Environmental QJB Low-SpeedSubmersible mixers are widely used in the low-speed mixing of wastewater treatment processes, making them an ideal choice for water circulation mixing equipment in wastewater treatment plants for nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal processes. These mixers are horizontally installed within the wastewater treatment structures via guide rods and support brackets mounted at the bottom of the pool. The guide rod and bracket assembly consists of guide rods and brackets, with the upper and lower parts of the guide rod mounted on the pool wall and bottom, respectively. The bracket is installed at the pool bottom and connected as an integral part to the guide rod. During construction, the guide rod and bracket assembly is fixed to the structure base with expansion bolts or precast components. When installing the submersible mixer, the sliding sleeve on the mixer is inserted into the matching auto-coupling rod on the pool surface through the lifting system, and the submersible mixer is then lowered onto the bracket for fixation. For maintenance, the lifting system raises the mixer to the pool surface via the auto-coupling rod.
The submersible flow inducer is horizontally installed within the wastewater treatment structure using guide rods and bracket components mounted at the bottom of the pool. The guide rod and bracket components consist of guide rods and brackets, with the upper and lower parts of the guide rods mounted on the pool walls and bottom, respectively. The brackets are installed at the pool bottom and connected to the guide rods as a single unit. During construction, the guide rod and bracket components are secured to the structure's base using expansion bolts or pre-buried components. To install the submersible flow inducer, the sliding sleeve on the inducer is inserted into the mating auto-transformer rod via the overhead lifting system on the pool surface, and the inducer is then lowered onto the bracket for fixation. For maintenance, the lifting system raises the inducer to the pool surface using the auto-transformer rod.
Duwan Environmental Submerged Propeller's guide rod and bracket components are typically installed during the construction of a wastewater treatment plant. However, in cases where there is sludge sedimentation in the wastewater treatment system, sludge sedimentation due to damage to wastewater treatment equipment, process modification of the wastewater treatment, or when the submerged propeller's guide rod and bracket are loose or damaged and cannot be reinforced, additional submerged propellers are required for mixing to resolve sludge sedimentation and meet process requirements.
