QJB Submersible Flow Controller Technical Description
(1) The潜水推流器 features an overall sealed design suitable for underwater use. All components, including the motor, gearbox, and impeller, should be capable of running continuously for extended periods under the following underwater conditions: medium temperature of 0-40°C, medium pH value between 4-10, dynamic viscosity between 7-23×10-6, and the temperature at the bearings and seals should not exceed 35°C, with a medium density of ≤1.1×103 kg/m3.
(2) The submersible flow inducer features adequate mixing or propulsion capabilities to ensure thorough mixing of sludge within the pond, guaranteeing a bottom water velocity of ≥0.3 m/s. It also ensures that the submersible flow inducer/mixer does not overload under any operating conditions.
(3) Submersible flow generators should be installed horizontally to ensure even distribution of solids and liquids during flow and to prevent sedimentation. There should be no dead corners in the pool.
(4) The submersible propeller should be capable of continuous operation, intermittent operation, and recovery from a long-term stop under full immersion conditions. Throughout the operation, it must maintain vibration-free, smooth running, with a minimum of 10,000 hours of fault-free operation time.
(5) The submersible propeller accessories and cables have no leakage loss at depths of up to 20 meters, allowing for continuous dives.
All rotating parts of the submersible propeller should undergo dynamic balancing tests during manufacturing, with accuracy not less than ISO 940 G6.3 grade.
(7) High-quality lubricated bearings should be used, with imported products from brands such as SKF or FAG. The service life (L10) of the bearings should exceed 100,000 hours, and a manufacturer's supply certificate and customs declaration should be provided.

Enhanced rods with welded bases should be of a height suitable for safely lifting潜水推流器/搅拌器 out of the pool surface. The rod top should be equipped with a locking platform, which allows the rod to achieve a unique angle. Each潜水推流器/搅拌器 should be fitted with an easily installable bracket that can rotate within a 180-degree range.
