The Vertical Circulation Stirrer is a new generation of mixing equipment designed and developed for larger, deeper square or circular pools. It boasts long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, cost-effective investment, and low operating costs.

Vertical circulating mixers can be further categorized into medium to high-speed mixing series and low-speed mixing series, depending on the application.

Working Principle
The vertical circulating mixer employs a high-displacement propeller-type impeller as the main hydraulic component. In operation, the submersible motor drives the impeller, generating a certain flow rate of fluid. This fluid is ejected and diffused outward at a specific angle from the bottom of the pool, forming a circular mainstream zone. Due to the higher flow rate in the mainstream zone, a turbulent area forms around it, promoting a large-scale, vertical circulation of water throughout the pool. This achieves a three-dimensional stirring effect, keeping sludge in a constant state of movement and suspension, increasing the contact surface area and eliminating stirring dead zones. This ensures uniform and gentle stirring, guaranteeing excellent anaerobic treatment results and enhancing processing efficiency.

3The vertical circulating stirrer is powered by a submersible motor, which is coaxial with the stirrer. It operates submerged in the liquid, offering excellent cooling conditions, a wide range of applicable depths, and no noise or secondary pollution. The integrated mechanical and electrical structure reduces mechanical wear and improves the efficiency of the unit.
4The vertical circulation mixer's submersible motor is equipped with a main seal consisting of two series mechanical seals, complemented by a multi-layer auxiliary sealing system, ensuring reliable motor sealing.
5The vertical circulation stirrer's submersible motor is equipped with multiple alarm protection systems including oil leakage, stator overheating, phase loss, and short circuit, ensuring safer and more reliable product operation.

Ring Channel
During operation, the buoyant submersible mixer propels water through a circular channel, directing it to spray and disperse at an angle towards the bottom of the pool in a 360° pattern. This action gently stirs up sludge, increasing the contact surface area and eliminating dead spots in mixing.
2. Guiding Tube
The buoyant submersible mixer guides the fluid from the impeller into a circular channel, simultaneously creating an upward and downward water flow scheme beneath the surface, promoting a large circulation of water throughout the pool.
3. Impeller
The buoyant submersible mixer utilizes high-displacement linear propulsion technology, generating strong propulsion and stirring effects during rotation.
4. Silt Screen
Buoyant submersible mixers prevent the entry of debris such as plastic bags, metal wires, sticks, packaging tapes, etc., into the wastewater, thus avoiding entanglement, damaging the impeller, and affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
5. Submersible Motor
The submerged motor of the float-type submersible mixer has an insulation grade of F. The main shaft is made of stainless steel, and all rotor components have passed dynamic balance tests. The imported bearings are fitted with high-temperature-resistant grease, featuring low noise and long service life. The primary seal is composed of two mechanical seals in series, supplemented by imported wide lip oil seals and "O" rings for auxiliary sealing, offering both dynamic and static sealing effects. The motor also includes a stator over-temperature protection and oil leakage protection system.
6. Tube Installation
The buoyant submersible mixer can optimize its performance to meet user requirements and process specifications by adjusting the height of the installation sleeve.
Buoy Component
The buoyant submersible mixer features an outer shell made of epoxy glass fiber, molded for strength, and internally filled with imported foam resin. When used for floating installations, the buoyancy of the buoyant cylinder supports the entire weight of the unit.
8. Install support plates
The purpose is to secure the main unit to the buoy component and installation platform.
