1. Submersible mixer motor failure symptoms: Before disassembling the motor, we ran it on no-load to identify the issue. As expected, the motor emitted abnormal sounds and experienced significant vibration; the submersible mixer's sleeve at the motor shaft made a hissing sound, as if a part was "out of sync"; the shaft temperature reached over 60 degrees Celsius within less than 2 minutes of no-load operation, feeling almost too hot to touch.
2. Submersible mixer structural diagram: The following image shows the assembly drawing of the bearing on the pump side of the impeller, with the bearing model being SKF 6309. The outer ring of the bearing is located by retainer 5, the inner ring by sleeve 4, and the submersible mixer is secured by spring retainers 2 and 3; the skeleton seal 11 has dimensions of 55x80x8 and is mounted between retainer 5 and sleeve 4, sliding on sleeve 4; the other end of the bearing is secured by the shoulder of the ∮45 shaft section and the step of the bearing housing; the fit between the ∮55 shaft section and the bearing housing is H8/f7, equivalent to a sliding bearing; the helical gear 7 is firmly seated in the right end of the submersible mixer shaft 8 by interference fit; 1 is the oil ring, which prevents the oil from the gear box from entering the skeleton seal.
