Introduction to the Structure and Performance Characteristics of Submersible Mixers:
The潜水mixer features a compact structure, small size, and light weight. It is easy to operate and maintain, with convenient installation and a long service life.
2. The blades of the submersible mixer feature an automatic self-cleaning function, preventing foreign objects from entangling and causing blockages.
3. The use of submersible mixers and aeration systems can significantly reduce energy consumption, improve oxygenation, and effectively prevent sedimentation.
4. The submersible mixer motor features an F-grade insulation and a protection rating of IP68. It is equipped with a lubricated, maintenance-free imported bearing. The winding incorporates oil cavity leakage detection and overheat protection for the motor, ensuring safer and more reliable operation of the motor.
5. Corrosion of carbide tungsten material in the mechanical seal friction pair of submersible mixers; all fasteners are made of stainless steel.

QJB Submersible Agitator Equipment Fault Diagnosis Guide:
Submersible mixers require regular inspections and maintenance to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis in the event of a malfunction.
Inspection of Mechanical Seal Assemblies
The frequently problematic component is the mechanical seal section, which often fails due to wear, allowing water into the sealing chamber. First, we disassembled the mechanical seal assembly, cleaned and inspected the components including two sets of mechanical seals, skeleton oil seals, output shaft, bearings, housing, and end caps. We also checked the dimensions of the bearing seat and output shaft. If no issues were found, it indicates that the mechanical seal section is in good condition, ruling out the possibility of a fault.
Two,Submersible AgitatorGearbox Analysis and Inspection
The gearbox features high precision in gear processing and excellent heat treatment. The gearbox was thoroughly cleaned, with meticulous checks conducted on all gears, gear shafts, and bearings. The teeth surfaces were smooth with no pitting or mating issues, the side clearance of gear meshing was normal, and there was no significant wear on the tooth profiles. The radial and axial clearances of the bearings were normal, with no pitting spots on the inner and outer rings or rollers, indicating good overall quality. The axial clearances of the shafts were reasonable, the output shaft could be rotated smoothly without binding, and there were no abnormal sounds. Therefore, any fault in the gearbox can be ruled out.
Third, inspection, analysis, and treatment of motor failures.
Motor Fault Indicators: Perform an empty run before disassembling the motor to identify issues.Submersible AgitatorIf the motor emits an abnormal sound, with significant vibration; there is a squealing noise at the motor shaft sleeve area, and the motor does not run smoothly when it is running empty. The shaft extension temperature reaches several dozen degrees in just 2 minutes, making it scorching hot. The inner race of the bearing has developed a pear-shaped pitting area due to pitting, with a rough, dull, and lackluster surface, where pitting holes can be clearly seen; the inner race of the oil seal is damaged; and dark spots are formed due to "running" around the inner race of the bearing and the corresponding shaft collar.
Due to pitting on the inner race of the bearing, forming an apple peel-like pitting area, there is a noticeable jamming when the roller passes through, accompanied by a noise. This could be the root cause of the abnormal noise in the motor. Therefore, replacing the bearing is the solution to this issue.
Fourth, the issues that require clarification.
(1) The motor rotor shaft is the baseline component for the flow enhancer. In addition to repairing the baseline parts, the inspection also requires disassembly and examination of all components, replacement of damaged parts, thereby restoring the performance of the equipment.
(2) The scheduled major maintenance for diving equipment typically spans 5 to 6 years.
(3)Submersible mixerThe common method for dealing with undersized shaft journals is to add a component, which involves turning the diameter to increase it, adding a shaft sleeve with an interference fit to the inner hole for alignment with the shaft, and ensuring the outer surface meets the required fitment dimensions. Alternatively, replacing the motor rotor shaft can solve the issue completely.
