Diving PropulsionThe equipment can handle raw water and wastewater that has passed through a格栅. All nuts, bolts, and washers are made of AISI316 stainless steel or better material.
3.5Electric motors and drives
The mixer motor is a synchronous motor, integrated with a variable speed driver, and housed in an inflatable, waterproof casing. The drive can monitor temperature and current, and stop the mixer's operation in the event of overload. The stator winding and stator wire insulation are moisture-resistant, with an H-grade 180 insulation rating.°The stator is insulated by the dripping method and embedded in the cast iron stator chamber. There is no limit to the number of times the motor can be started per hour.
3.6Gearbox
The gearbox is a two-stage, helical design featuring high-precision, low-load gears. The motor shaft is equipped with an integrated drive gear. The intermediate shaft rotates in two spherical roller bearings and contains a second-stage drive gear. The impeller shaft contains a second-stage drive gear and rotates in a single-row and a double-row angular contact ball or roller bearing.
3.7Cable Imports
The cable entry seal should include a cylindrical elastic liner, and not be sealed using epoxy, silicone resin, or other secondary sealing systems.
3.8Bearings
The propeller motor shaft rotates on two lubricated bearings. The inner bearing is a single-row deep groove ball bearing, while the main bearing is a spherical roller bearing.
3.9Mechanical Seal
Each mixer features an oil chamber for the shaft sealing system, as well as a separate, independent two-chamber for the gear box. The drain and inspection plug facilitate external access. Each mixer is equipped with a triple-seal to separate the various parts of the mixer. The external seal on the impeller shaft is a mechanical seal containing a corrosion-resistant sintered tungsten carbide ring with one stationary and one rotating portion. It operates within an oil chamber that lubricates the overlapping sealing surfaces at a constant speed due to hydraulic action. Only the external sealing surface can be exposed to the mixing liquid.
The inner seal on the impeller shaft is a nitrile rubber lip seal, which isolates the impeller shaft oil chamber from the gearbox oil chamber. The third seal is a fluororubber lip seal mounted on the motor shaft, capable of separating the gearbox oil chamber from the stator chamber. The seals should neither require maintenance nor adjustment.
3.10Oil

3.12Propeller
The submersible propeller includes glass fiber reinforced polyurethane blades, each equipped with a stainless steel shaft installed in a cast iron wheel hub. Each blade is mounted in a socket on the side of the hub. The propeller shaft is fixed axially to the hub with bolts.
The blade shape features a non-clogging, swept design, originating from the hub, ensuring that no part of the shaft is exposed.
