The Deep-Submerged Self-Priming Submersible Jet Aerator simultaneously stirs and aerates water bodies, producing fine bubbles for high oxygen transfer rates while offering the advantage of wheel-free clogging. Its strong unidirectional liquid flow creates an effective convection cycle, and the motor load varies minimally with water level changes, making it particularly suitable for pools with significant water level fluctuations. 6. Structure and Working Principle

The working principle is as follows: the water flow produced by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed jet. This creates a vacuum around the nozzle, drawing air through the intake tube. The resulting mixture of water and air is喷射 out at high speed, carrying many bubbles. This water flow whirls and stirs in areas of larger surface and depth, completing the aeration process.

Submersible aeration pumps powered by three-phase electricity should have their rotation direction checked during the initial start-up and after each reinstallation. Incorrect rotation can reduce efficiency and damage the pump.

The inspection method is as follows: Before the submersible aeration machine is finally installed, look at the suction port from the bottom up. The impeller rotates in a counterclockwise direction. If multiple submersible aeration machines are connected to one controller, each machine must be inspected individually. If the rotation direction is incorrect, you can change the direction of rotation by swapping the positions of any two of the three-phase wires on the controller.

8. Installation

The installation methods of the deep water self-priming submersible jet aerator include self-coupled and mobile installations. The self-coupled installation involves securing the aeration unit and base to the bottom of the pool, installing the matching support blocks at the pool's top, and connecting them using guides. The electric pump is connected to a specific bracket, sliding down the guides to reach the base outlet position, where it automatically couples and seals due to its own weight. This self-coupled installation allows for easy and quick installation and maintenance of the electric pump without personnel entering the water pit, ensuring convenience, speed, and safety! The mobile installation method involves placing the deep water self-priming submersible jet aerator at the pool bottom, relying on its own weight for positioning. It offers flexible installation location changes and lower costs.

It also features overcurrent, short-circuit, and phase loss protection functions.

No severe vibrations, shocks, or inclinations exceeding 5 degrees vertically; 5. No explosive hazards, and no medium containing gases capable of corroding metals or damaging insulation, nor conductive dust; 6. No exposure to rain, snow, or steam.
