1、DivingPusher installationEnsure the verticality of the guide rod during installation, with an allowable deviation of no more thanThe 10MM design ensures that the submersible mixer/pusher operates smoothly on the guide rod without binding or excessive friction.
2. When the submersible mixer/pusher is horizontal, the lifting center of gravity is on the third hole counting from the impeller end. During installation, ensure that the lifting frame's lift aligns with the vertical line of the submersible mixer/pusher's center of gravity. This allows for smooth and effortless movement of the submersible mixer/pusher during lifting and lowering.
3. Regarding the use of hoisting wire ropes, please apply lubricant to the rope before use and refer to the national standards for lifting equipment for maintenance and operation of the hoisting equipment.
4. In the wastewater treatment industry, the interface between water and air is corrosive.SeverePlease apply anti-corrosion treatment to the installation system, such as applying grease to the rod.
5. Submersible mixer、The pump should not be rotated during operation. Please adjust the angle during installation before running. Submersible mixerPlease position the flow meter on the lower plate or directly on the bottom of the pool to ensure the steel wire rope is not under stress.
6. The immersion depth of the submersible mixer/flow driver must not be less than 1.1M, otherwise it is prone to generate water vortices and cavitation.
