Duwan Environmental LSSF-320 Sand and Water SeparatorPrimarily composed of shaftless helixes, strips.U-shaped channels, water tanks, guide vanes, overflow weir drive units, and the like.

Installation and commissioning

 1. In the absence of specification in the order contract, the machine is factory-equipped with a floor stand, already adjusted to the user's equipment installation angle or discharge height, and is secured during installation with expansion bolts.

 2. The equipment's installation angle tolerance is ±1 degree.

 3. When hoisting equipment, collisions and slips are prohibited, and effective measures must be taken to protect the stainless steel surface of the equipment. Scratches, wear, and dents are not allowed.

 4. Check the level of the reduction gear oil before starting the machine. Change the lubricating oil after 300 hours of use, for equipment operating continuously for over 16 hours, replace the oil every 2500 hours thereafter. For equipment running 8 hours a day, the interval can be extended to 4000 hours.

 During the power-on test, it is essential to first perform a single movement to confirm there is no part friction before proceeding to normal operation.

Usage and Maintenance

 Operators must be trained and qualified before they can operate on the job.

 2. Equipment is inspected, maintained, repaired, and lubricated in accordance with standard procedures and maintenance requirements.

 3. Conduct daily inspections of machine operation, ensuring there is no abnormal noise, checking for leaks in the seals, and applying the appropriate amount of bearing grease. Each month, check the oil level in the drive unit gear box and adjust it to the required height.

 Every two years: dismantle and overhaul the equipment, disassemble and clean the减速机, replace worn-out parts, change seals and worn bushes, inspect and align the screw shaft, etc.

 5. Downtime due to malfunctions should be investigated, and the issue resolved before restarting the equipment.

 When equipment is down for three days or more, flush or remove internal materials to prevent drying and caking.

 7. During low winter temperatures, frost prevention is crucial. Before operation, ensure any caking or freezing is cleared. If supplied as a set with other equipment, the control buttons are centralized in one control box.

Sand and Water Separator Installation Instructions

1. Inspect the installation dimensions of the spiral sand-water separator, ensure the power supply is intact, then start the spiral sand-water separator.

2. Conducted a no-load test to inspect the operation of the sand-water separator.

Step 3: During the installation of the spiral sand water separator, all connecting parts must be securely fastened with bolts.

4. Power configurations should be determined based on operating conditions, conveying medium, installation angle, and conveying length.
