1. High Oxygen Solubility
The unique diffuser design ensures that the inhaled air and mudwater are evenly mixed, resulting in fine and numerous bubbles with a high dissolved oxygen rate. The oxygen transfer efficiency reaches up to 30%, a 35% improvement over traditional aeration.
2. Thoroughly mixed
Highly rotating gas, water, and activated sludge (i.e., sludge) possess strong penetration, leading to high oxygen transfer efficiency in water and excellent mixing effects. This ensures the uniformity of the activated sludge and maintains it in a suspended state. Additionally, due to the strong mixing and push flow action, the utilization rate of the aeration tank volume is improved.
