The Duwan Environmental GSJ-2000 bi-curved mixer boasts various features that make it suitable for many complex wastewater treatment environments, such as chemical wastewater treatment facilities, where solid and liquid waste requires mixing. The mixer features a bi-curved structure on its impeller, formed by a hyperbola generatrix rotating around the impeller axis. Its unique impeller design maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics and mechanical motion. The hyperbola equation is xy=b, and the curved surface is formed by rotating the curve along the y-axis. To accommodate water flow, the design incorporates water intake at the impeller center, reducing intake turbulence and ensuring uniform pressure on the impeller surface, thus maintaining overall balance during operation. There are six to eight guide vanes evenly distributed on the involute bi-curved surface. They utilize the potential energy obtained from the additional water intake under the force of liquid gravity and the kinetic energy generated by the impeller's rotation to create a circular motion along the impeller circumference. Due to the reflection from the pool wall, this forms a cyclic water flow from top to bottom. These features are the reasons why this mixer can be a死角-free mixer. The following image showcases the new bi-curved mixer, which has improved construction over previous models. It is made of polyurethane, easier to install, and maintenance is convenient.
