Duwan Environmental's QJB Submersible Propeller is designed for mixing suspended liquids in wastewater treatment plants and industrial processes, including aeration basins in industrial and urban wastewater treatment plants. It generates a powerful water flow with low tangential velocity, which is usable Established water flow during the cycles of nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal. 

The low-speed thrusters feature a compact structure, small size, and light weight. They are easy to operate and maintain, with convenient and quick installation, and a long service life. The blades have an auto-cleaning function, preventing debris entanglement and clogging. When used in conjunction with the aeration system, they significantly reduce energy consumption, increase oxygenation levels, and effectively prevent sedimentation. The motor windings of the low-speed thrusters are F-grade insulated, with an IP68 protection rating. They are equipped with a single-lubrication, maintenance-free imported bearing, featuring oil chamber leakage detection and motor winding overheating protection, ensuring safer and more reliable motor operation.

The low-speed propulsion equipment features a seal friction part material made of corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, with all fasteners made of stainless steel. The diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, and the lifting system can rotate around the guide rod by ±60° within the horizontal plane. The base, support frame, and lower support bracket of the lifting system are all fixed with expansion bolts, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes. When the pool depth H is greater than 4 meters, it is recommended to use System II, which requires a concrete foundation to be constructed at the bottom of the pool.

4. Usage

Used for low-speed stirring in biological treatment ponds to ensure thorough mixing of sludge and water without causing aeration.

5. Technical Performance
