The air intake and aeration capacity listed in the table are test values under standard test conditions (20℃ water temperature, atmospheric pressure of 101.325 KPa), with the aeration pump submerged at a depth of 3 meters, and the test medium being clean water. If the air intake at a submerged depth exceeds the values in the table, the user must provide the submerged depth and air intake figures so that our company can design and supply an optimized equipment solution.

In moderately polluted water, the oxygenation capacity should be multiplied by 0.85 as the basis for design.

High oxygen transfer rate

The oxygen transfer efficiency reaches over 28-32%, significantly reducing the air demand during aeration, thereby cutting down on the power consumption during the aeration process. This is more than double the power efficiency compared to traditional self-priming jet aeration equipment and submersible aeration pumps.

Utilizing a unique structural design, the new micro-porous aeration system completely eliminates the common issue of clogging, operates stably and reliably, and features no fragile moving parts or need for maintenance.

3. Strong adaptability to processes

Our system is suitable for various aerobic biological treatment processes, including oxidation ditch technology, as well as SBR and a range of traditional and improved activated sludge processes, and contact oxidation processes. Particularly, this system is adaptable for deeper pond designs, holding the potential to further enhance oxygen transfer rates and reduce land area requirements.

Duwan Environmental QSB5.5-100 Submersible Jet Aerator Technical Specifications:

(1)Du'an Environmental Protection in Jiangsu provides equipment and components with processing techniques and manufacturing standards that meet the latest national and industry requirements. The company prohibits the use of outdated equipment and technologies with lower production capacity.

(2) The motor should be equipped with a safety protection device featuring a positive temperature coefficient thermistor. In the event of overloading or overheating, the power supply will automatically be cut off.

(3) The housing of the潜水曝气机is made of gray cast iron.

(4) The impeller of the潜水曝气机 is made entirely of high-strength, corrosion-resistant ZL108 aluminum alloy.

(5) Submersible aeration machine motors are equipped with support frames and hoisting frames. The underwater portion is made of stainless steel square and round tubes (wall thickness of 5mm), while the above-water portion is made of stainless steel material. The main body of the aeration machine is fixed on a guide frame, which features three roller connections to the square uprights. The lifting and lowering of the equipment is achieved through a manual hoist on the hoisting frame, connected by stainless steel wire ropes. During normal operation of the aeration machine, the guide frame should securely rest on the support bracket.

(6) The潜水曝气机motor equipment can adjust its direction within a 120° range by changing the position of the plug holes on the graduated disk of the square column. The lifting frame can rotate 360°, allowing for easy placement of the main unit on the installation platform. It can hoist the main unit or elevate the aeration equipment above water for maintenance and care. It features an electric winding device with an automatic locking mechanism, and the lifting chain is made of stainless steel wire rope. The bolts, nuts, and washers are also made of stainless steel.

(7) The product is accompanied by a product certification, inspection report, manual, and relevant technical drawings.
