Installation Steps for the Double-Curved Blender
1. The bridge should be leveled, and the half-bridge support pillars should be vertically aligned. The base bolts and connection points should be sturdy and reliable.
2. Place the shock-absorbing bracket flat in the designated position on the bridge, level it, and then connect and secure it to the bridge.
The decelerating motor is mounted on the vibration-damping base and securely connected.
Connect and tighten the impeller to the mixing shaft flange with bolts.
5. Place the impeller and stirrer shaft into the pool, and connect and secure the stirrer shaft to the reducer output shaft. Under water conditions, first connect the shaft and impeller and place them in the water, then connect the shaft to the reducer.
6. After the mixer is installed, the stirrer shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The vertical deviation should be less than 1/1000.
After installation, remove the motor tail cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check if the mixer rotates smoothly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than 3/1000.
8. After plugging in the power, observe the direction of the stirrer shaft rotation by pressing the momentary contact. The correct rotation direction when viewed from top to bottom is counterclockwise. If not, simply swap the positions of two power leads.
Electric equipment installation must be conducted in accordance with national regulations and safety procedures.
Duwan Environmental Submersible Double-Surface Agitator Installation Steps
1. Upon brief startup observation onshore, the impeller's rotation direction should be clockwise when viewed from top to bottom. If not, simply swap the positions of two power leads.
2. Ensure that motor cables and hoisting ropes are separately secured; under no circumstances should the cable wires be tied together. Prevent the ropes and cables from being wound into the impeller.
3. Hoist the double-curved shape using a crane and gently lower it into the designated position in the pool, ensuring not to collide with the pool walls.
4. Secure one end of the fixed rope to the shore, and connect the cable to the control cabinet.
The installation of the curved agitator is divided into two types: dry installation and wet installation, both of which are extremely simple.
The wet installation mixer can be directly lifted into place using a crane or hoist, relying on its own weight for positioning, and securing the cables. See the wet installation illustration.
The dry-installation mixer first secures the reducer frame onto the work bridge, followed by the sequential installation of the drive shaft, impeller components, and the cable. Refer to the dry-installation illustration for details.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Prior to installation, qualified electricians must inspect the motor and electrical equipment, and confirm the direction of rotation. The minimum working distance of the impeller from the bottom of the pool should be ≤300mm, and the pool bottom must be flat, sturdy, and free of construction debris.
2. To prevent motor damage due to blade impeller blockage caused by sediment buildup during restarts of the equipment after prolonged downtime.
Consider the impeller's inlet and outlet dimensions in closed tanks.
4. Regardless of the installation method, ensure that underwater cables are securely fastened to prevent wear.

After the equipment installation is completed, a trial operation must be conducted. Prior to the trial operation, it is necessary to inject approximately the volume of the pool into the pond.70% water content; do not operate the equipment without water to prevent the agitator from bending due to uneven force. After the trial operation, please check:
1. Check for any abnormal noises and temperature rise in the减速电机.
