Dual Curved Blender Performance and Structure Description:

The dual-curved mixer is designed for operation in wastewater or sludge, ensuring that no fibers hang in any underwater location during operation. This guarantees uniform mixing in all sections of the pool, with no sludge sedimentation throughout and no dead corners.

Dual-curvedThe mixer shaft power should ensure complete water mixing, with an average flow rate at the bottom of the pool of ≥300mm/s. The motor power should be greater than 1.15 times the actual shaft power, and the mixer should not overload under the designed operating conditions.

All the weight of the double-cone mixer should be supported by the concrete floor, with the impeller positioned close to the bottom of the pool. No bearing support should be placed at the bottom. The main shaft of the mixer should be an integrated design directly connected to the reducer, and cannot be a segmented structure connected through a coupling. It is connected to the geared reducer motor via a cantilevered vertical shaft, which then transmits torque.

The turbine impeller should be in the form of a double-surface cone, semi-open, with guide vanes on the conical surface. The connection between the impeller and the shaft must be made using a countersunk nut, with no other methods accepted.

The direction of rotation for the double曲面 mixer impeller is determined by the actual wastewater flow state of the process, and can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise when viewed from above.

The motor reduction gears and mounting bases are installed and secured on the concrete floor slab. The motor design must comply with IEC standards, featuring F-grade insulation, power supply of 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, and protection rating IP65. It can be started at least 12 times per hour.

Directly connected to the motor, the reducer utilizes helical gear reducers, with gear design conforming to DIN standards. The gears are made of alloy steel with a hard tooth surface, offering a service factor of ≥2.0 and a rated bearing life of ≥(L10) 100,000 hours.

Field load tests should be conducted, with the mixer operating under load for 24 hours under design operating conditions, ensuring the operating current does not exceed the motor's rated current. The uniformity of the mixer's blending meets the design requirements.
