The electrical control cabinet features a complete power distribution system, including protective and measuring equipment. It is equipped with on-site on/off switches for each sludge return pump. The control cabinet is installed in an outdoor environment and is rated IP55 for protection, effectively defending against erosion and corrosion from volatile gases and moisture in the wastewater. The cabinet is made of stainless steel.
Electrical control cabinets can display the incoming power's current and voltage, as well as the temperature and humidity of each wall-mounted pump.Alarms for overloads and overheating conditions are indicated on the electrical control cabinet panel, with the cabinet managing these issues.Phase failure and short-circuit protection are implemented, along with protective automatic shutdown during faults. The motor's starting equipment includes circuit breakers, contactors, and thermal relays.

Design of Submersible Recirculation Pumps
Recirculating pumps are capable of handling wastewater and recycled sludge. The pumps can be lifted or lowered vertically for easy mobility, allowing for inspections or maintenance without the need for personnel to enter the wet well. The sliding rod bracket is one of the integral components of the pump assembly. Submersible recirculatingAll the pump's weight is supported by a single bracket, which must withstand the thrust generated by the pump. The pump, accessories, and cables operate without leakage loss at a depth of 20 meters, allowing for continuous submersion operation.
Submersible recirculation pumps should be a complete set, including the main equipment, installation system, and hoisting device. The installation system consists of square steel rods, top fasteners, and bottom connection flanges, allowing for free adjustment of the pump's lifting and lowering, and enables the removal and installation of the recirculation pump without draining the pool. The pump is mounted on a sliding bracket that can bear the entire weight and all thrust generated by the pump during operation, serving as an integral unit. The side of the guide ring connected to the through-wall pipe features a flange and a self-locking coupling. The connecting flange is welded to the through-wall pipe on the pool wall, including a self-locking coupling for connection during the automatic positioning of the pump, as well as a socket for fixing the guide rail. The recirculation pump can slide freely between the top of the pool and the connecting flange under the guidance of the guide rail, and after descending into position, it automatically secures itself to the through-wall pipe through the self-locking coupling on the guide ring and the self-locking device on the connecting flange.
The seal between the flow guide and the connecting flange is a metal-to-metal connection, relying on the pump's own weight for tightness. The entire recirculation pump, including the weight of the bracket, as well as the thrust and vibration generated during operation, is all supported by the through-wall pipe. No part of the recirculation pump or bracket comes into direct contact with or is placed on the bottom of the pool.
The lifting device is mobile, mounted on the top fixed piece of the guide rail system, including a lifting hook, lifting chain, and winch. The lifting device is equipped with a two-way braking mechanism. Each recirculation pump provides a cable tensioning component and a cable clip to prevent cable damage caused by fluctuations in the mixing water flow.
The lifting arms, equipped with mounting brackets and hoisting devices, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The lifting chain is of AISI 316 stainless steel. Chemical bolts are used for the foot bolts to ensure a sturdy and durable installation of the return pump system. The submersible return pump is suitable for corrosive municipal wastewater environments. The return pump can operate continuously under full immersion conditions. It is also capable of adapting to continuous operation, intermittent operation (with up to 20 startups per hour), and resuming operation after a long-term shutdown.
B. Pump Structure:
The submersible recirculation pump is designed as a whole submersible unit with a sealed connection. All components of the recirculation pump, including the motor and gearbox, can operate continuously underwater. The propeller of the recirculation pump is driven by the submersible motor through a gear reduction. The rotating head is streamlined and compact. The recirculation pump is connected to the wall flange with a guide vane. The main components of the recirculation pump that come into contact with the liquid, excluding the bracket and blades, are gray cast iron, DIN 1691 GG25, with a smooth surface and no sand holes, blow holes, or other defects. The shell thickness is sufficient to withstand water pressure and other loads. All nuts, bolts, and washers are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The recirculation pump has a machined surface for critical watertight sealing surfaces, using metal-to-metal contact and a nitrile rubber O-ring. The recirculation pump, its accessories, and cables can be continuously submerged at a depth of up to 20 meters without losing their watertightness.
All cast iron surfaces in contact with the fluid in the recirculating pump are protected with a high-grade epoxy anti-corrosion coating system, with a film thickness of 320μ.
