Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection Submersible Mixers - Performance and Structure

Submersible mixers should operate continuously under full immersion conditions. The blades are directly driven by an underwater motor.

Each submersible mixer should be equipped with AISI 304 stainless steel guide rods and AISI 304 stainless steel hoisting ropes for free up and down movement.

The submersible mixer is capable of vertical lifting and convenient movement, allowing for inspection and maintenance without personnel needing to enter the pool. As one of the integral components of the submersible mixer, the entire weight of the mixer is supported by this sliding rod bracket, which must be able to withstand the thrust generated by the mixer. The stainless steel lifting rope provided should be sufficient to meet the lifting requirements. It is essential to ensure that the submersible mixer, its accessories, and cables are leak-proof at a depth of 20 meters and possess continuous diving capabilities.

Each submersible mixer should be designed as a whole, with a sealed connection and submersible type. All exposed nuts, bolts, and washers are made of stainless steel AISI 316. The sealing design of the main components of the mixer should be metal-to-metal contact. Critical contact surfaces requiring waterproof sealing should be machined and incorporate two sets of nitrile or fluorinated rubber O-rings, which will tightly compress the rubber O-rings on both surfaces as well as the four sides where the O-rings contact.

  

Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection Submersible Mixing Motor Wiring Method:

Four-core wire: The three-core thick wire is the phase wire for three-phase electricity, and the single-core yellow/green dual-color wire is the ground wire.

Five-core wire: The three thicker cores are the live lines for three-phase electricity, the single-core wire with yellow/green dual color is the ground wire, and the single-core wire is the 31# line (motor leakage signal line).

Seven-core wire: The three-core thick wire is the live wire for three-phase electricity, the single-core wire with yellow/green dual color is the ground wire, the single-core wire is the 31# line (motor leakage signal line), and the other two cores are the 11# and 12# lines (motor overheating protection signal lines).

The guide rod should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane and can be corrected using a plumb line.

When lifting the submersible mixer, the impeller end should be tilted upwards by 5° relative to the horizontal plane.

The lifting center of the crane and the submersible mixer are aligned vertically on the same lifting axis.

The submersible mixer installation system allows for quick assembly and disassembly of the submersible mixer without draining the pool water. It is recommended to use Installation System I when the pool depth is H<4 meters.

Submersible mixers can be adjusted vertically to the required depth and can rotate ±60° around a guide rod in the horizontal plane. The base, support frame, and lower bracket of the hoisting system are all fixed with expansion bolts to the relevant connection surfaces of the pool, without the need for pre-drilled holes. When the pool depth H is greater than 4 meters, it is recommended to use System II, which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) to be installed at the bottom of the pool.

The base of the hoisting system, steel rope mounting brackets, and guide base all feature connections with the pool using expansion bolts, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes. The installation of System II utilizes guide steel rope rods, offering convenient transportation and simple on-site assembly. This system fundamentally avoids the issue of rod bending and deformation during transportation, which could affect normal operation. It also effectively improves the situation of abnormal lifting due to installation errors when the pool depth is too great. The installation conditions with cantilevered pool tops (as shown in the figure) make the operation even more convenient and reliable.
