Performance and Technical Requirements for Submersible Mixers
The submersible mixer rotates smoothly with no jamming, stalling, or vibration issues.
The submersible mixer underwent a sealed pressure test with a pressure of 3 kg/m², and there were no leakage issues for the entire duration of 5 minutes.
The submersible mixer utilizes a double mechanical seal structure and lip seal arrangement, ensuring reliable operation for up to 15,000 hours without the need for replacement.
Submersible mixer's cable is made of YZW type rubber sheathed flexible cable as specified in GB5013.2 or equivalent cables, with a standard configuration length of 10 meters per unit. The cable sealing head is treated with special vulcanization to prevent the cable sheath from being damaged and water from seeping into the motor.
The submersible mixer has a surface coating of anti-corrosion paint, featuring a glossy finish with no signs of dirt, damage, or cracks.
The submersible mixer is equipped with a sealed leakage protection device within the oil chamber.
The dual-color wire (yellow/green) in the cable of the submersible mixer is designated as the ground wire, ensuring a reliable connection. The ground marking is prominent and resistant to fading during the usage period.
Propellers and rotors of the submersible agitator undergo dynamic balancing tests, achieving a balance accuracy of G6.3.
Submersible mixer stator winding is equipped with a humidity sensor to prevent the motor winding from being damaged by moisture.

Submersible mixer structural design requirements:
3.1 Mainframe
The潜水mixer features a direct-drive stamping structure, employs multi-stage motors, and has blades formed through stamping, ensuring high precision and efficiency. The compact design offers a small volume and lightweight, with ease of operation and maintenance, and a long service life. The housing is fully made of stainless steel 304, with an aesthetically pleasing and smooth appearance.
The submersible propeller features a cycloidal pinwheel reduction structure, which is compact, small in size, and light in weight. The impeller is designed with excellent hydraulic performance through CFD software optimization.
3.2, Junction Box
The junction box is fully sealed and isolated from surrounding liquids and electrical motor components.
Cooling: The motor stator is cooled by the surrounding liquid.
3.3. Blade
Submersible agitator blades feature a reverse twisted curve design to prevent blade clogging and slagging.
The submersible propeller blades are designed with two-leaf rubber shapes and steel hubs, effectively preventing blade breakage. The blade inlet edges are curved backward, featuring a long-term automatic cleaning function. They are securely fastened to the shaft with locking nuts, making them easy to remove and replace during lifting and maintenance.
3.4. Electric Motor
The insulation grade of the motor winding is H-class, and under normal conditions, the motor temperature does not exceed 80°C.
3.5 Oil chamber
Lubricating and cooling the sealing unit, bearing housing, and gears between the motor and liquid, the oil chamber serves as a shock absorber and noise reducer. A bladder device can be installed as needed to reduce and lower the pressure rise within the oil chamber.
3.6, Bearings
The bearing life of the submerged mixer is over 100,000 hours.
Considering the adverse factors in bearing operation, the selected bearing lifespan will be higher than the aforementioned value. Our company uses SKF imported bearings.
3.7: Axial Seal
The submersible mixer consists of two mechanical seals and one lip seal. Seal material: Tungsten Carbide.
