Overview: This machine forms beautiful spherical pellets by setting a rotating centrifugal disk, a blower, and an airless spray gun. Wet granules produced in the previous process are poured into the rotating centrifugal disk, then the blower is turned on followed by the activation of the rotating disk. The wet granules are subjected to the buoyancy of annular air, the centrifugal force of rotation, and their own gravity, resulting in a circular rope-like movement to create pellets with a high true spherical degree.
