Working Principle

During operation, materials are added into the hopper and are pushed and compressed by the screw, resulting in an increase in temperature and viscosity, before being extruded through the mold holes and cut into cylindrical granules. All parts of this machine are made of stainless steel, with a polished surface, making assembly, disassembly, and cleaning extremely convenient.

This machine is a specialized equipment that extrudes and granulates two or more chemical raw materials into cylindrical granules of various diameters without adding water or binder.

Continuous or intermittent operation is acceptable; single-direction rotation (the screw should rotate clockwise when facing the machine head; reverse rotation is not allowed).

The machine has a simple structure, easy maintenance, and strong adaptability. Suitable for granulating various powdered materials.
