Principle

This granulator thoroughly mixes powdered material with binder in a cylindrical container using a bottom-step mixing paddle to form moist soft material, which is then cut into uniform wet granules by a side-mounted high-speed cutting paddle.

Inflatable sealed drive shaft, can switch to water for cleaning.

Fluidized bed granulation, granules are approximately spherical, with good fluidity.
