Material powder particles are in a boiling fluidized state within the raw material container (fluidized bed), preheated and mixed with purified heated air, then a binder solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing some particles to aggregate into binder-containing agglomerates. As the hot air continuously dries the material, moisture in the agglomerates evaporates, and the binder solidifies. This process is repeated continuously, forming ideal, uniformly microporous spherical particles.
