The Bi-conical Rotary Vacuum Dryer consists of a bi-conical rotating drum. In a vacuum state, heat is transferred to the jacket by circulating thermal oil or hot water, with heat exchanging through the drum's inner wall with the wet material. The steam or other gases evaporated from the wet material are then extracted through the vacuum pump via the vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum inside the drum and the continuous up-and-down, inside-out rotation of the drum, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, enhancing the drying rate to achieve uniform drying.
