The twin-shaft mixer is primarily composed of three major parts: the rotating drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The rotating drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank-rocker mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swinging frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly.
Operating Principle
The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three major parts: the drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels, and axially positioned by two braking wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank and connecting rod mechanism, which is mounted on the machine frame. The swinging frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly.
Features
The drum of the EYH two-dimensional mixer performs two motions simultaneously: one is the drum's self-rotation, and the other is the drum's swing with the swing frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and blend inside the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth mixing motion due to the drum's swing. Under the combined action of these two motions, the materials achieve thorough mixing in a short period. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all types of powdery and granular materials.
