Operating Principle
The one-dimensional blending machine is mainly composed of three major parts: the drum, the swing frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four roller wheels, and axially located by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the power transmission system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanism, which is mounted on the machine frame. The swing frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly.
Features
1. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, feed, fertilizer, and pesticides for mixing powders and granular materials.
2. Simple structure, easy to operate.
3. During operation, the filling cylinder rotates around the central axis (referred to as "one-dimensional motion"), while the material inside the cylinder undergoes three-dimensional movement. Therefore, the mixing accuracy of the material can be comparable to two-dimensional and three-dimensional motion mixers.
