Product Overview: The ZS series stratified sifter is ideal for continuous operation in assembly lines, providing a perfect solution for proportionally unequal screening of particles of different sizes and continuous discharge.

This unit consists of a hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling, and motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber softeners, main shaft, and bearings. The adjustable eccentric weights, driven by the motor, are transmitted to the centerline of the main shaft, generating centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, which alters the strength of the material and forms a track vortex inside the sieve. The amplitude of the weight adjuster should be adjusted according to different materials and sieve mesh.

The complete machine has a compact structure, small size, no dust emission, low noise, high yield, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.
