Product Overview: Our factory independently designs and manufactures the JRFY series horizontal metal body indirect heating hot air furnace, which is an integrated combustion and heat exchange unit with high thermal efficiency (up to 65% to 85%). The output hot air temperature can reach 300°C, and with special design, up to 500°C to 800°C. Flue gas and air take separate paths, ensuring the air after heat exchange is clean and hot. It can be matched with various drying equipment. Widely used for heating and moisture removal of agricultural products such as grain, seeds, feed, fruit, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, wood ear, silver ear, tea leaves, tobacco leaves, as well as pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and other products.

The JRF-B series high-temperature coal-fired hot air furnace is equipped with a mechanical chain grate coal-burning unit. The heat exchange unit can utilize high-temperature plate, tube, and heat pipe heat exchangers, offering advantages such as high output temperature, high calorific value, and high thermal efficiency. It can produce clean hot air ranging from 100 to 450°C. The equipment's technical specifications meet the advanced level domestically.
