The condensate recovery unit is a key equipment in the condensate recovery system, widely used in industries such as papermaking, chemicals, algae, food, pharmaceuticals, and oil and grain processing. Industrial enterprises like rubber and plastic, cotton spinning, dyeing and printing, and wood processing can also recover condensate from hotels, hospitals, and residential buildings through the condensate recovery system. It conveniently and effectively seals and recovers the condensate produced by indirect steam heat exchange systems, serving as a replacement for traditional open condensate recovery methods.
Due to the difficulty in directly utilizing low-pressure steam condensate, the effective recycling of this water is an urgent issue to address. For a long time, based on the theory of microsupercooling, a new fluid dynamic method has been researched by utilizing the characteristics of two-phase flow of high-temperature condensate, along with fluid mechanics and principles of single-phase flow. Through years of development of boiler gas equipment, our system employs steam-water jet mixing technology, integrated high and low-pressure pipeline network technology, and steam kinetic energy automatic pressurization technology to smoothly guide the high-temperature condensate back to the low-pressure condensate recovery unit without back pressure. Additionally, it can eliminate cavitation and pump cavitation, achieving condensate recovery. At the same time, with extensive industrial experience, continuous improvements and updates have been made to the condensate reuse unit, ensuring the complete recovery of secondary flash steam from condensate, with a recovery rate exceeding 95%. This effectively reduces the loss of softened water and thermal pollution, and fully conserves fuel and softened water resources.
The Condensate Recovery Unit is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly device, outperforming similar products on the market. Compared to existing similar equipment, its features include: energy savings, high efficiency to reduce operation costs, high degree of automation, adaptability to various working environments; energy conservation, environmental protection, and improvement of environmental quality; effective corrosion prevention, extending the service life of equipment and pipelines, easy installation, and strong adaptability. The unit is an integrated design, featuring exquisite craftsmanship, compact structure, minimal footprint, and a steel structure base that utilizes combinations for easy installation and maintenance, with a low failure rate. It is suitable for both new businesses and for technical upgrades in old enterprises.
