Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Corrosion Protection Application: Optimal environmental temperature for application is between 5-25°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. Prior to the application, the ground foundation must be checked for evenness. Construction cannot proceed if the ground is not fully dry. Since the application area is underground, ventilation and low-voltage lighting facilities are provided when necessary.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Corrosion Protection Coating: FRP corrosion protection involves applying a uniform coating of FRP resin/epoxy resin/unsaturated resin, glass fiber cloth, and auxiliary materials to the surface to be coated (concrete or metal surfaces) to achieve comprehensive corrosion protection, meeting the design standards. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, machinery, light industry, electronics, power plants, electroplating plants, aluminum plants, and metallurgical plants, where facilities like workshops, warehouses, storage tanks, walls and floors, and wastewater treatment systems require resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts.

Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Corrosion-Resistant Construction Features

(2) Good adhesion to the base material, high wear resistance, impact resistance, good overall integrity, no cracking, and certain elasticity.

(3) Enhances the base material's strength and elasticity; dust-resistant, easy to clean, with a long service life.

(4) Enhance heat deflection temperature and low-temperature impact strength; various acid-resistant, corrosion-proof, stone panels, tiles, and other sheet materials for corrosion prevention can be bonded to the glass fiber reinforced plastic coating surface using resin mortar, as per design specifications.
