Our company was established in August 2017 as a national-level specialized and innovative small giant enterprise, dedicated to the development of X-ray to EUV short-wavelength spectral instruments and systems. The core team is from the University of Science and Technology of China, drawing on years of relevant technology and experience in the field of large scientific facilities. We focus on the development of core devices, instruments, and systems in the X-ray to vacuum ultraviolet wavelength range, committed to providing more precise detection instruments for cutting-edge scientific research in fields such as large scientific facilities, physics/chemistry/materials, as well as for the new energy, new materials, chemical engineering, and biopharmaceutical industries.
