The Electrostatic Dust Remover, as the name implies, performs electrostatic dust removal. However, it utilizes electrostatic neutralization to reduce the electrostatic charge, thereby assisting in dust removal. It is primarily used for removing foreign matter such as dust, fluff, fibers, and hair from product surfaces that are statically attracted. By employing the principle of electrostatic neutralization, it reduces the adhesion of these foreign matters to the product surface, making subsequent dust removal more effective.
According to the dust removal products, electrostatic precipitators are mainly divided into two categories: flat product dust removal and concave-convex product dust removal, as distinguished in the following illustration.
