Our company was established in August 2017 as a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, dedicated to the development of X-ray to EUV short-wavelength spectral instruments and systems. The core team hails from the University of Science and Technology of China, drawing on years of technical and experiential accumulation in the field of large scientific facilities. We focus on the development of core devices, instruments, and systems in the X-ray to vacuum ultraviolet wavelength range, committed to providing more precise detection instruments for cutting-edge scientific research in physics, chemistry, materials, as well as for the new energy, new materials, chemical engineering, and biopharmaceutical industries.
