Construction Design: (Detachable on-site assembly structure)
1) Appearance design, housing structure, and control technology have undergone significant improvements, featuring easy installation, stable technical specifications, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.
2) Equipment Layout: The equipment is designed and manufactured in a split structure, assembled on-site in the workshop. The electrical control cabinet is constructed as a single unit, the base is made into an integrated framework with square steel coated, and ribs are used in areas such as the workshop body, test box doors, and distribution cabinets, ensuring the overall structure is robust and stable.
3) Outer Shell: Made of color steel plate, it is aesthetically pleasing, flat, and grand. The arched design features smooth and natural lines, with a reasonable structure.
4) Insulation Layer: Utilizing rigid PU foam and aluminum silicate wool, which boasts lower thermal conductivity than similar glass fiber wool. The insulation layer is 100mm thick, ensuring that the temperature inside the testing room does not transfer to the exterior of the equipment, thereby maintaining a more stable test temperature.
5) Interior Wall of the Workshop: Made of 304 mirror-polished stainless steel, processed into shape using the most advanced domestic equipment currently available.
6) Lid: Equipped with a double-door structure, the test box lid is sealed with a double-layer high-tension silicone gasket between the lid and the body to ensure the airtightness of the testing area. Both the inner and outer plates of the main door are made of stainless steel, offering a sleek appearance. It features a handle with no reverse force for easier operation and is less prone to damage.
7) Observation Windows: Two observation windows are installed in the center of the test box door for monitoring changes in the internal samples. The windows are made of three-layer hollow tempered glass with an inner and outer layer of adhesive sheet-type conductive film, offering advantages such as transparency, thermal insulation, and resistance to steam frost formation. They are equipped with lighting to assist in viewing the test conditions inside the test box when light is insufficient.
8) Air Circulation Channels: Utilizes forced circulation channels, where the air in the work area is drawn in from the bottom of the duct by a centrifugal fan, passed through a heating and cooling evaporator, and then blown out from the top of the duct. After exchanging heat and cold with the test item in the work area, it is drawn in from the bottom of the duct again, repeating the cycle to achieve the required set temperature.
9) Electric Control Cabinet: The control section of the equipment is designed on the right side, featuring temperature controllers, control switches, etc., for easy, simple operation and maintenance. Temperature and time can be programmed in multiple segments, allowing for arbitrary setting of temperatures and times.
