Feature Highlights:
Pressure Differential Transducer
The pressure differential detector utilizes the pressure difference from the mechanically pressurized air supply area (smoke-proof stairwell, independent lobby, shared lobby, and fire elevator lobby) to compare it with the set overpressure value within the sensor. It determines if there is overpressure, issues the corresponding overpressure/increase pressure command, and transmits it to the pressure differential controller via the communication bus.
Pressure Regulator
The controller consists of a power module, input/output unit, control unit, communication module, and protection unit. Upon a fire occurrence, the mechanical pressure-increasing exhaust fan is activated. The pressure differential sensor, upon receiving overpressure/increase pressure commands, controls the switch of the pressure-relief valve in the pressure-increasing air supply system, thereby regulating the airflow of the pressure-increasing fan to achieve automatic control of the mechanical pressure-increasing air supply systems in various sections and areas.
All operational states of the pressure relief valve can be displayed on the residual pressure controller and the system host. The controller itself features automatic and manual control, as well as detection functions.
◆ Actuator for Air Valve
The air valve actuator controls the opening and closing of the pressure relief valve automatically based on the output signal from the excess pressure controller. This ensures a progressively increasing pressure distribution from the corridor to the antechamber to the staircase, complying with the code requirements for the excess pressure values of mechanical pressure supply systems.
The actuator for air valves not only features automatic control but also manual control. In the event of a controller failure, the actuator can be manually operated to open or close the pressure relief valve.
◆ Pressure Relief Monitor
The pressure differential controller is used for monitoring and controlling the operational status of all mechanical pressurized air supply systems and the processing of alarm information. The system allows the pressure differential controller to operate autonomously when there is a failure in the pressure differential monitor or communication network, thereby meeting the system's reliability requirements.
