The garbage truck body top cover now features a hydraulic lifting system instead of the previous fully sealed design. When loading garbage, the wireless remote in the cabin controls the hydraulic system to open the top cover to the sides, facilitating the dump truck to pour garbage into the body. The rear cover can also be lifted upward to align the garbage bin's rear door with the compaction station's opening, making it easier to push compacted garbage blocks into the bin. After the compaction station compresses the garbage into blocks, it vertically lifts the garbage bin and opens the compaction bin's exhaust door. At this point, the rear door of the articulated garbage truck swings open upwards, aligning with the compaction bin's rear door. The compressed garbage blocks are then pushed horizontally into the articulated garbage truck body by a pusher plate inside the compaction bin. After the garbage is loaded, the rear door of the garbage truck is closed, and the garbage is transported to the waste disposal site for unloading. This articulated garbage truck collection method is widely used in domestic garbage compaction stations for waste transfer, allowing for multiple stations with one truck, significantly reducing equipment costs and space requirements.
