Currently, an increasing number of factories are in need of pneumatic tools. For example, sheet metal factories commonly use grinders and polishers, mainly for trimming and smoothing surfaces, and they also extensively use grinding wheels. Factories involved in painting applications utilize spray painting and dust blowing equipment, as well as pneumatic grinders and screwdrivers. Additionally, shipyards and auto parts factories make use of pneumatic wrenches and screwdrivers, among other tools, which we will not list one by one here.
Why are these factories leaning towards using gas-powered tools? As factories are being set up, they have already installed air compressor pipelines. With the rising cost of electricity, especially for industrial use, gas-powered tools are gradually replacing electric-powered ones. In the past, many factories chose pneumatic tools primarily for their horsepower. However, with some brands improving their gas-powered tools in research and development, pneumatic tools have now fully met the horsepower requirements of electric-powered tools, leading to their replacement.
