Changzhou Changshu New Materials Co., Ltd. (Abbreviated as Changshu New Materials®) is a shareholding limited liability company transformed from Changzhou Plastic Group Co., Ltd. (Established in 1990). The company was officially founded in January 2002 and was listed on the Shanghai Equity Custody & Transfer Center in March 2014 (Stock Code: 200532).

Changshu Xincai® boasts an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of modified plastics and over 20 years of experience in research, development, and production of high polymer materials. The company produces various high polymer modified materials, particularly skilled in modifying ABS, PC/ABS, and other products. It has a municipal-level research center (Changzhou Plastic Alloy Research Center) and collaborates extensively with major renowned universities in China. Today, Changshu Xincai® has become one of the larger-scale producers of functional resins in China.

The company has passed the ISO-9001 quality system certification, and its main products are certified by the American UL, EU RoHS, and REACH. It is a raw material supplier for well-known brands such as Aux, Yutong, Joyoung, Xiaomi, and Siemens, and its customers are not only domestic but also exported overseas.
